Definition:

Sexual harassment includes unwanted/unwelcome verbal/physical force, lewd jokes, gender-based slurs or sexual contact from either sex.  Whether it's toward the opposite sex or same sex it is against the law.

 

The victim of sexual harassment does not have to be the person directly harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
